Former Deloitte & Touche partner specializing in real estate debt and equity transactions, real estate capital markets; sub-specialty in real estate information systems. Eric Dicus, Associate

Brian Gross, Consultant

With Waronzof since early 2004, Brian has two years experience in environmental analysis, based on his environmental policy undergrad degree from Claremont, and two additional years in construction cost estimating and project management.
