Timothy R. Lowe, MAI, CRE, FRICS, Principal & Founder

Brian Gross, Senior Associate

Brian has five years experience at Waronzof, two years experience in environmental analysis, and two years in construction cost estimating and project management. Masters in Urban Planning from UCLA (2002) and MBA from UC Irvine (2004). Brian is a LEED Accredited Professional. Brian leads Waronzof’s sustainable buildings practice and is heavily involved in a variety of “green building” issues. Brian also leads Waronzof’s public sector engagements. Alex Nebesar, CFA, Senior Associate

Recently joining Waronzof, Alex brings ten years of experience in finance and business analysis, specializing in Business Valuation for financial reporting. Alex graduated from The University of Puget Sound with a BS in Applied Mathematics. Practice emphasis includes valuation of real estate entities (and stock or partnership interests therein) and holding companies for transaction, dispute and estate and gift purposes. Jessica Palmquist, Consultant

USC Bachelor’s degree in Policy, Planning, and Development and minor in Business (2010). Jessica is responsible for executing a variety of real estate consulting and valuation engagements. Past experience includes, conducting market analysis, development capacity studies, comparable analysis, valuation, highest and best use studies, and repositioning studies. Former Deloitte & Touche partner specializing in real estate debt and equity transactions, real estate capital markets; sub-specialty in real estate information systems.
