Jessica Palmquist, Consultant

As a Consultant with Waronzof Associates, Ms. Palmquist is responsible for executing a variety of analytical assignments for real estate consulting and valuation engagements. Past experience consists of, conducting market analysis, development capacity studies, comparable analysis, valuation, highest and best use studies, and repositioning studies. Notable projects include the valuation of City Center Development (Las Vegas), the surplus property assessment for Green Diamond Resource Company (Humboldt), and the creation of a database of 200 LEED certified buildings held for investment purposes.

Ms. Palmquist received at B.S. degree in Policy, Planning, and Development and a minor in Business (2006-2010) with Dean’s Honors from the University of Southern California.During her time at USC, Ms. Palmquist completed a variety of real estate finance and market analysis courses, presented case studies, and served as a member of the Trojan Real Estate Association.Prior to joining Waronzof as a Consultant, Ms. Palmquist interned with the company (2009-2010).
